$362,000 Workers Compensation Torn Shoulder Labrum
Douglas Rallo has obtained a $362,500 settlement for our union municipal worker who had surgery to repair a torn “labrum” in his shoulder. The “labrum” is cartilage which covers the inside of the shoulder socket, and acts as a cushion for the upper arm bone that fits into it. The shoulder was injured when he was unloading heavy equipment from a truck bed.
