$298,000 Workers Compensation Truck Driver
In this case, our truck driver client was injured in a motor vehicle accident. At the time, he had pre-existing low back “spondylolisthesis”, which is when one spinal bone (“vertebrae”) slips forward over the vertebrae below it.
He also had pre-existing degenerative changes (wear and tear) in his low back. The auto accident injured the already abnormal or weakened back. Our client did not need any surgery, but did have some disability and work restrictions from the accident, which enabled us to get him an extremely good settlement of $298,000.
