$200,000 Car Accident Settlement Left Turning Driver

The first took place on Route 45 near Grand Avenue in Warren Township, and the other on Route 45 at the intersection with O’Plaine Road in Grayslake.
“Left turning vehicles cause a lot of crashes”, said Rallo. “The vehicle going straight has the right-of-way, and oncoming vehicles need to wait until it is safe before turning in front of them. Many times the left turner misjudges the situation and their negligence results in significant injury”.
